Mt. Autobon

My absolute love for the state of Colorado began in 2006 with the move of my good friend Mark Wridt to the city of Boulder.  Indeed his move would be greatly missed by the inner circle; however, my eyes were widened to a state that fit all of my joys of life: kayaking, hiking, and camping.  Since that infamous day in 2006, I have made it a priority to visit the great state of CO once a year to explore the beauty, climb 14ers, and take in their wonderous music festivals.  Attached you will see my first and lasting memories of a hike in the Indian Peaks Wilderness.

Sherman

Sherman has arrived.  He is a smart, gentle, and affectionate little guy.  We realize that he will be nothing close to little when he is fully grown and we love him for that.  Everyday he seems to be growing not only in physical stature, but in mind as well.  Ohh! I need to run before he pees in the house again.

Polk Kames Ice Age Trail Segment

Click on the link to see a collection of photographs of the Polk Kames Ice Age Trail Segment.  Paul Thomas and I headed out on a cool October afternoon to enjoy life before the first snowfall.  We particularly enjoyed the Birch tree grove on the southern end of the trial as the sunset glistened off of the tree tops.  Additionally, you will find the track of our hike by clicking here.

Wedding

Bryan Yenor and Emily Dodds will be married in Wauwatosa, WI. The wedding will be on August 8th, 2009. The reception will be in Cedarburg.
